So I’m not sure this is on the approved list


Breakfast – cup of coffee

Lunch – Tim Horton’s Ham and Swiss Sandwich, donut and chocolate milk (v. unusual)

Dinner – toast

Evening snack – 5 sticks of licorice.

Um, disgusting much?  At least I took my vitamin, low dose aspirin and folic acid.

To do:

Eat fruits

Eat vegetables

Try harder tomorrow

  1. LOL! I have some days when I’m like F*#k it. I’m eating whatever the heck I want and I go for the really bad potato chips and dip, the cake and the candy. We have to give ourselves permission to break the rules every once in a while. One day won’t lessen our chances.

    Enjoy and have a Tim Horton’s donut for me (haven’t had one since we were in Montreal two summers ago)!

  2. well today was a trifle (I kid, I kid) better. Still had coffee for breakfast but now having some granola and topped with strawberries and blueberries. Let’s see what the rest of the day brings
